Each Way Bet

The each-way golf bet is two bets in one. In which half money goes to a winning bet for the selected golfer and the other half goes to “place a bet,” where a player will end up in a certain position in the leaderboard; that is, the top three, top six, or top eight will have reduced chances for this finish.

For instance, you could bet $ 50 on Louis Oosthuizen to win the tournament at 65/1 and him at 30/1 to finish in the top 6.

Round leader bet

In this bet, you have to choose which player will have either the full lead or a share of the lead after a certain position in a tournament, usually after 18, 36, or 54 holes. If there are multiple leaders, the payout is distributed by the number of leaders.

Place bets

If you like a certain golfer, but don’t feel sure you are betting on them to have the absolute win, maybe a 5/10/20 bet would increase your speed.

18-hole matchups with handicaps/strokes

This golf bet is similar to a “head-to-head” or “two-player matchup” for a specific 18-hole round of a tournament. But they add up with stroke/handicap to make the golfer seem closer in terms of experience/outcome. Finally, the golfer with the lower score wins the round.

Full tournament matchups

These are head-to-head bets, also known as “matchup” bets, in which you have to choose two golfers and predict who will beat the other. At the end of the full tournament, the golfer with the lowest score is declared the winner. If both players have scored the same score, then it will be a tie.

Make/Miss cut

It is a simple bet in which you have to predict whether or not a player will make a “cut” in a golf tournament. If your golfer does not participate in the event, then it will void your Bet. However, if the player has played, bets will stand.

Prop Bets
