Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs

Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs were founded in 1935. They are based in Belmore, a suburb of Sydney. They play their home games in the stadium of the same name. The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs NRL team was established in 1935 and is a club that has seen their fair share of ups and downs during their 80 years in existence. The Bulldogs have won four grand final championships. Two have come in the last ten years.

The Belmore Sports Ground, now known as the Bankwest Stadium, was the Bulldogs’ home ground for their first four decades of existence. Today, it is still used on occasion. The Bulldogs initially started out playing in maroon and white outfits but changed to blue and white uniforms in 1954. Their logo has remained largely unchanged since it was first introduced decades ago, featuring a bulldog with its mouth wide open.
