St. George Illawarra Dragons

The St. George Illawarra Dragons were founded in 1908, they are one of the founding members of the National Rugby League, along with the Sydney Roosters, South Sydney Rabbitohs and the NSW Waratahs. The St. George Illawarra Dragons play their home games at Jubilee Oval in Kogarah, New South Wales. The clubs colors are red and white, the team is overseen by coach Paul McGregor and captain Gareth Widdop.

The Dragons are the club the punter should be backing this season for a number of reasons. The Red V have been a steady performer throughout the pre-season and will be looking to make a much-improved effort in 2020. The team’s forward pack has all the making of a brutal unit that will grind opponents into submission.
